MEET THE COACH

An introduction to me, my name is Jay Conroy and I've been in the fitness industry my entire life.  After playing professional football, I moved into personal training alongside modelling. 3 mens health covers and 4 mens fitness covers meant I was all too aware of what was going into my body. However my life then took a U-turn which resulted (amongst other things) in me putting on 3.5 stone, and after a very unhappy 3 years I managed to turn things back around.

I now have a performance training studio in Oxshott where I work both with clients 1:1 and in small groups (up to 4). I can give you the tools and support that you need to reach your health and fitness goals with personalised fitness programs and nutrition.

THE STUDIO

Performance and training studio based in the heart of Oxshott. 

The studio has a state of the art Peleton bike and treadmill, squat rack, free weights, kettlebells, battle robes and an individual Heart rate monitoring system. Suitable for 1:1s and small group sessions we can help you achieve the change that you have always wanted from the inside out.
